Quiche with zucchini and chicken (butter free)

Good morning friends!

Today we offer you a respectable salty recipe ... both in terms of calories and flavor!

In fact, as I propose it is an atomic bomb of 700 kcal per serving, but if you already eliminate the chicken breast we go down to about 400 kcal ... both can be considered right for a complete meal, but it depends on your caloric intake daily!

Anyway, after I finished eating this quiche, I could have rolled since I was full ... but guys, very good!

Let's see how it is prepared:


Ingredients:

Shortcrust pastry:

  • 200 g semolina flour

  • 50 g 00 flour

  • 90 g extra virgin olive oil

  • 90 g water

  • 1 pinch of salt

Stuffed:

  • 400 g chicken breast

  • 300 g zucchini

  • 50 g parmesan

  • 2 eggs

  • basil

  • sage

  • garlic


Method:

  1. Let's start by preparing the shortcrust pastry: in a bowl pour the semolina and the 00 flour, then the pinch of salt and the oil, knead.

  2. Start adding water slowly, and knead well.

  3. Take a scoop and set aside.

  4. Cut the thin thin zucchini and chicken.

  5. Chop a clove of garlic, add a little oil in a pan and brown both the zucchini and the chicken on a low heat.

  6. Wait for all the water to dry and turn off.

  7. Spread the shortcrust pastry between two sheets of parchment paper and place in the pan.

  8. At this point put the cheese and the spices in the mixer and blend.

  9. Put the eggs in a small bowl, add spices and cheese and beat with a fork.

  10. Add the zucchini with chicken in the pan with the puff pastry, pour the beaten egg slowly over the whole.

  11. Bake in a fan oven at 180 ° for 35-40 minutes.


And here is this delicious super bomb, without butter and therefore certainly with less fat!

In a few minutes you will have a full meal of carbohydrates, proteins ... whoever has more will put more!
