Hello friends!
Here we are with a new, delicious recipe!
Sometimes I want something sweet, but obviously not too fat. And so I think and think again and try to find a solution to everything: and that's what I tried to do here! This dessert has 230 kcal per serving!
I am passionate about tarts, crumbles and so on, and then I created the glutenfree tartcrumb! This light recipe without butter is ideal for breakfast, a snack or dinner with friends!
But let's see how prepare it ...
Ingredients:
Shortcrust pastry:
200 g rice flour
70 ml sunflower oil
2 egg yolks
60 g honey
Zest of one lemon
Cream:
300 g sweet potatoes
3 tbsp cocoa
3 tablespoons maple syrup
Cinnamon to taste
Preparation:
We start by boiling the potatoes with all the peel until a fork easily enters by skewering it.
Let them cool and cut them into cubes.
Prepare the pastry: mix eggs, honey, oil and lemon zest.
Add the flour and knead.
Crumble the dough into a pan covered with parchment paper (leave some for the garnish), compact well and set aside.
Take the diced potatoes and put them in a mixer with the maple syrup, cinnamon and cocoa. Blend well.
The cream is practically ready, pour it on the tartcrumb.
Now decorate with the remaining dough crumbs.
Bake in a preheated ventilated oven at 160 ° for 35 minutes.
Et voila, your tartcrumb is ready!
